Conowingo Tuxedo Cats

In Fisherman’s Park at Conowingo Dam in MD, there’s a colony of stray/feral cats, apparently maintained by the staff or someone nearby. They appear to be very well-fed; here are two tuxedo cats waiting their turn at the cat feeding station. I hope in addition to the food and water, someone is providing veterinary care, and they have been spayed or neutered.
