dog in recovery room

you have got to be kidding me. this is in the recovery room, where all of these patients are about 10 minutes out of surgery and coming out of anesthesia and in pain (and have fresh wounds). and this lady brings HER DOG inside and right up to her friend’s bed. i was awestruck. how is this ok? only in LA.
